Among them, Xiamen Customs, Xiamen Finance Bureau and Xiamen Free Trade Zone Management Committee have actively reflected to relevant ministries and commissions the problem of air material tax rate inversion, which has received the attention and support of the Ministry of finance, the General Administration of customs, the Tariff Commission of the State Council and other departments. Previously, they have strived to apply 1% provisional tax rate to nearly 30 core air material adjustments for three times.

Chen Yirong, head of Xiamen Customs Customs Customs Department, told reporters that Xiamen Customs actively supports the development of aviation maintenance industry in Xiamen. In 2019 and 2020, Xiamen Customs submitted suggestions on tax policies for aviation maintenance materials to the General Administration of customs.
